Can my order be tracked?
All US order are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. The new USPS system now allows you to see where your package is in the delivery system and an expected delivery date. The tracking number is assigned when your package is delivered to the post office. So there can be a delay in getting the number to you. If we are dropping off your package on the way out of town, you may get delivery before you get the confirmation number email notification. You can Track Your Package Here at the USPS web site, with the confirmation number we send to you.
How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Once I receive your order with payment, it is processed, usually the same day. You will receive an email confirmation when we get your payment and have processed the order. Shipping takes place once your payment is processed. Cash, Money Order and Google Wallet payments are shipped on next trip to post office. Payment by check delays shipping until check clears, usually 15 days. We make a trip to the post office 2-3 times per week, sometimes every day. Most US addresses get their package within one week or less from shipping date, depending on where you live. Overseas shipments often take 2 weeks or longer to arrive.
